他應包含有：有翻譯公司的：翻譯聲明、翻譯資質、聯系方式、翻譯日期、親筆簽名。
If you are in the UK, where a document is not in English or Welsh, the original must be accompanied by a fully certified translation by a professional translator/translation company（必須是有專業資質的翻譯者或翻譯公司）.
This translation must include: · details of the translator/translation company’s credentials（翻譯件中必須有翻譯者或翻譯公司的相關資質證明，例如TEM8的證書編號）;
and · confirmation that it is an accurate translation of the original document（翻譯件中必須有這句聲明）;
and the translator/translation company’s contact details（翻譯件中必須有翻譯者或翻譯公司的聯系方式）.
It must also be dated and include the original signature（翻譯件中必須有日期及親筆簽名） of the translator or an authorised official of the translation company.

答美國移民局對翻譯資質的要求：Please submit certified translations for all foreign language documents. The translator must certify that s/he is competent to translate and that the translation is accurate.

答郵件，微信截圖，如果是英文或者其他語種，郵件翻譯后，可以作為有效證據，提供給法院，或者仲裁機構，作為證據。
我司已為法院和仲裁機構翻譯過很多郵件和微信截圖翻譯，客戶用作法律訴訟和仲裁，可以使用，包含企業間的訴訟，和企業與個人之見的勞動合同糾紛，郵件，微信截圖，翻譯后，需加蓋翻譯公司翻譯專用章，并提交翻譯資格證，法院方可認可。有的法院會有指定翻譯機構，但一般法院不會指定，只需要按照上方所說的即可。
